about this story

I believe that the journey is more important than the destination. Sometimes in life we can be so focused on the destination ( a goal, dream, or doctorate degree) that we don’t allow ourselves to enjoy the journey. When we are fully present on the journey we can learn more about ourselves and find out what we are truly capable of. While the journey can have its ups and downs, it is during that time of action and choice that we change; celebrate each step. When we finally arrive at the destination take time to reflect and embrace how much you have grown.
