The world remembered Steve Irwin yesterday, a day the Australian government declared National Crocodile Hunter Day. Everywhere from California to Southeast Asia payed tribute to the historical figure with the legendary Aussie accent. Irwin, killed by a sting ray in an unfortunate on the job accident, was remembered in numerous ways, including commemorative toasts and ipod tributes. His legend of doing really stupid stuff with wild animals that could eat him will not soon be forgotten.
